Kenneth Peterson, Director of Food ServiceKen Peterson has more than 40 years in the food industry and 20 years developing dietary menus for healthcare facilities. He has extensive knowledge of planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the dietary department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards to assure that quality food service is provided at all times.

He is Dietary Manager 1 & 2 certified in RI and a member of the Dietary Managers Association.
